As the LTER Science and Business Meeting is approaching , may I kindly ask you to send me the hotel reservation form(hotel-reservation-form.doc    ) ASAP? According to the agreement between us-the local organizer, and the hotel-Beijing Foreign Experts’ Building, we are requested to submit the final list of hotel reservation by this weekend, 30 July. Otherwise, your hotel room could be eliminated from our list, we cannot guarantee your accommodation status, or you may have to find other hotels. Please note the hotel costs for the invited keynote speakers and those getting confirmation on funding support from the local organizer will be covered by the local organizer.
